Before you write
- Tell us what your message is about. A single line describing the topic — a restaurant recommendation, an industry story, a point of clarification — helps us route your note to the right person and respond usefully.
- Include the key details. If you are recommending a place, tell us its name and what you actually experienced there. If you are raising a concern, be specific about what and where. Vague notes take longer to follow up on.
- Give us a way to reach you back. A working email address is essential. If you would prefer we call, include a phone number with your time zone.
What we do not do
We do not accept unsolicited advertisements, paid reviews, or sponsored content of any kind. We do not write about businesses in exchange for free meals or merchandise. We do not rank restaurants, or publish comparative reviews of competitors, to settle personal disputes. If your message is a business pitch, we will not respond to follow-ups. If you are the owner or operator of a business we have written about and you believe we have been factually inaccurate, we absolutely will listen — send us the details and we will investigate.
